Service Description

Many people leave PT feeling better—but unsure how to return to the gym safely. My role is to bridge that gap. I focus on: • Rebuilding strength after injury • Improving mobility and joint stability • Teaching proper movement mechanics • Creating gym programs that respect your history • Reducing fear around exercise • Preventing re-injury through smart progression I do not diagnose or treat medical conditions. All post-rehab clients must be cleared by a licensed healthcare provider before beginning training.
